There was a time in my life when I was working four jobs! I taught aerobics classes at two different gyms in the morning. In the afternoon and throughout the evening I worked in Child Care at another gym. In between I dabbled in writing small blogs for a computer based company. I was able to do all these assorted jobs because I could arrange much of it around my own schedule.

Microsoft Office became my friend during this period of my life. I was able to use the organization systems to put together my daily game plan. With the help of calendars I could physically see what I was up against each day and plan accordingly. I was able to create a spreadsheet for each job in order to track the hours worked and what my paycheck should look like.

When the dust settled on my working life and my daily routine became embedded in my brain I was still using the organization systems offered by Microsoft Office. I learned it could also help with my personal life. I was able to organize the family events along with the kids projects and due dates.   

Microsoft Office has proven to be a true gift!
